CRM implementation and customisation

A CRM your sales team actually uses. We set it up around how you sell, connect it to the rest of your systems and add the automation and AI that save real time.

A CRM fails when it fights the way people work

Most CRM projects copy a standard setup, then ask the sales team to change how they work to fit it. They don’t. Data goes stale, managers stop trusting the pipeline and the reports end up back in spreadsheets.

We go the other way. We learn how you sell and support customers, then shape the CRM around it: the stages, the fields, the automations and the integrations with your ERP, support desk and marketing tools. Where it helps, we add AI, like demand forecasts in sales planning or smart routing in support.

  • Built around your sales process
  • Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho or custom
  • Connected to ERP and support
  • AI where it saves time

What we set up

CRM implementation

Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho or a custom CRM, configured around your process.

Pipeline automation

Lead capture, scoring, routing and follow-ups that happen without reminders.

Customer journeys

Onboarding, renewals and support flows that keep customers moving.

ERP and support integrations

Orders, invoices, tickets and marketing data in one customer record.

Dashboards and reporting

Pipeline, forecast and service dashboards that managers trust.

AI in the CRM

Demand forecasts, next-best actions and smart ticket routing.

How we work

  1. 1

    Learn how you sell

We sit with sales and support to map the real process, exceptions included.

  2. 2

    Configure and integrate

Stages, fields, automations and integrations, built and tested with your team.

  3. 3

    Move the data

Clean, de-duplicated data migrated from spreadsheets or the old CRM.

  4. 4

    Train and improve

Training for each role, then regular tweaks based on how people use it.

Questions we often get

Which CRM should we use?

It depends on your size, your other systems and your budget. Salesforce suits complex sales, Dynamics fits Microsoft-heavy companies and Zoho is great value for smaller teams. Sometimes a custom CRM fits best. We’ll recommend one after learning how you work.

Can you customise our existing CRM?

Yes. Many projects start by fixing an existing setup: cleaning data, simplifying stages and adding the automations and integrations that were missing.

Can the CRM connect to our ERP?

Yes. Connecting orders, invoices and stock to the customer record is one of the most valuable parts of most CRM projects.

How do you get the sales team to use it?

By building it around how they already work, keeping data entry to a minimum and automating the boring parts. Training helps, but fit matters more.

What does a CRM project cost?

It depends on the platform, the number of users and the integrations. After a free 30-minute call we send a plan and estimate, usually within a week.
